In this foraging session I will take you out into the land to learn first hand the basics of identifying and testing materials - from plants to minerals to bone, and so on - plus where to search. This will include materials to produce colour from, as well as materials that can be used to create mark-making tools.
We can begin the process of producing mineral pigment whilst were out foraging, weather dependable. If so, you are welcome to bring preferred paper and brushes.
The session is 2 - 2.5 hours.
All materials collected are yours to keep. All tools are provided. Please wear appropriate walking gear and weather-dependant clothes.
